Terms and Conditions

Attendance & Punctuality

• • If you are running late, notify us immediately via email or phone.
• • Class times cannot be extended for late arrivals.

Bookings & Payments

• • All bookings must be made through our official website or approved booking channels.
• • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• • Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
• • All payments are processed securely online prior to the class date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• • All bookings are non-refundable.
• • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice before your scheduled class. We will do our best to move you to another available session.
• • Reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before your class may result in forfeiting your payment.
• • No-shows on the day of class will be charged in full with no refund or reschedule option.

Safety & Conduct

• • Enclosed shoes must be worn at all times during training.
• • You agree to follow all trainer instructions to ensure a safe learning environment.
• • Barista Bee Coffee School reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour.
