BARISTA FUNDAMENTALS COURSE
Beginner / Refresher

Barista Fundamentals is a hands-on introduction to the craft of coffee.
Designed for complete beginners, home baristas, or anyone wanting to reconnect with the basics, this class helps you slow down, understand the process, and feel confident behind the machine.

- what shapes flavour, aroma, and balance
- how to texture silky milk with ease
- how to bring presence and intention into every cup
CAFE READY PROGRAM
Beginner / Refresher
Maximum of 2 students per class
Café Ready is a private-style barista intensive (max 2 students) designed to prepare you for the reality of working in a café.
Café Ready teaches you how to work in a café, under real conditions, with real expectations.
Across four focused training days, you’ll develop the skills, speed, and consistency required behind the machine. With only two students per intake, training is highly focused, allowing for personalised coaching, structured repetition, and real-time feedback throughout.
This is not a passive class. Every part of the program is intentionally structured to help you improve quickly, build confidence, and refine your technique with clarity.
You’ll be trained to think, move, and perform like a barista.
On your final day, you’ll step into a live café simulation, where things get real.
You’ll manage dockets, prepare multiple drinks, and work against the clock, all while maintaining quality and control.
- You'll learn:
- Dial in and extract consistent, balanced espresso
- Steam silky milk for every café-style drink
- Pour clean, café-standard latte art (hearts, tulips & control techniques)
- Work smoothly and efficiently on a café workstation
- Prepare both hot and iced beverages with accuracy
- Move with presence and ease during service
LATTE ART COURSE
Intermediate-Advanced
Maximum of 2 students per class
Latte Art is a gentle, hands-on class designed to help you pour with confidence, ease, and flow.
You'll learn how to create silky milk, understand cup movement, and feel the rhythm of each pour, so latte art becomes natural instead of intimidating.
- You'll learn:
- how to texture smooth, glossy milk that pours beautifully
- how to hold, tilt, and move the cup for clean lines
- how to pour simple patterns like the heart and tulip
- how to stay relaxed and present so your hands follow your intention
PRACTICE PASS
Available to Barista Bee Graduates Only
